EPR's apply to all production resulting from seed purchased from 2003 sowing season onwards.

The grain of Farah faba beans can be sold to any Buying Agent. The following agents will collect and pay the EPR for all grain purchasing by the buying agent.
(These agents may vary from time to time):The grain of Nugget Lentils can only be sold to the following selected buying agents who will collect and pay the EPR for all grain purchased by the buying agent. (The buying agents may vary from time to time):
EPR's may be automatically deducted from Grower payments by Accredited Grain Marketers and paid to the breeder's agent. If grain is sold to non-accredited marketers, PlantTech will directly invoice the grower.
You will require an e.EPR grower code to purchase PlantTech EPR varieties in 2007. Registration is simple - Just click on the e.EPR section on the PlantTech homepage and select "New Grower Registration" and fill in your details. When you have read the Seed Licence and Royalty Agreement, if you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions click the "I Agree" button. When the complete the Registration Data please click the "Process Application" button to submit your details. Your registration is immediate and you will receive an email to the address submitted with your e.EPR Grower Code and your selected password for your records.
